Saturday #3
I booked off Thursday for my daughter's grad, and yesterday I spent on a patio in Hamilton with
elizard100 and
hico. In the evening we went to see The Lake House (wouldn't have been my first choice, but it wasn't totally horrible or anything) and
yellow_fresia came along.
I ate so much, and so much stuff I shouldn't have been eating, that I don't feel so well now. And note to The Gown and Gavel - you could charge less for your margaritas if they weren't just tequila with green food colouring. Whoa.
So, today's the Serenity charity screening for Equality now, at the Royal on College at 4pm. Tickets at the door ;)
Feels like my third Saturday in a row this week. I like vacation days.
Superman opens on Wednesday. Squeeeeeee!!!
Note to
rockgoddes - I realized that I did the Wizard of Oz with Melyssa Ade, who did Jason X with Lexa Doig who did Stargate (I'm sure she does a lot of stuff) with Michael Shanks.
So, does that make me four degrees from Michael Shanks?
Then again, Mark Worden who played Worf's son Alexander on Deep Space Nine was in the same production of WoOz, so that makes me two degrees from everyone on that show. Not to mention that he guested on Space:Above and Beyond, which has well, everyone from SAAB, which also guested David Duchovny. So I'm also four degrees from him.
I'm feeling all connected now. Kevin Bacon must fit in there someplace.

Hee. A friend told me last week that her husband works with a guy whose brother-in-law is the actor who plays Mark (Stacy's husband) on House. Do we know friends in high places or what? :-)
